About the event
Come join us for an morning of relaxation and unwind. I will be showing you the Emotiobsl Freedom technique, you can learn it and practice at home to regular your nervous system. This technique is particularly good for anxiety, low mood, and symptoms control. A group reiki session will take place after the EFT session so that you can unwind and recharge.
